Important Update – 21st October 2022

Dear Members,

We have now made a start on roping off the front of the greens and kindly ask that you respect what we are trying to achieve (No Access), which is to reduce the wear & tear on the inside collars and to improve the quality. Yes, it means a bit more walking or driving the buggy further but I’m sure the exercise will do us all a world of good.

I have now marked out a temporary green on the 18^th Button. Works have immediately started on this green to improve the surface, as we hope that planning will come through by the end of January so that it will be very playable by then, and we can make a start on the island green. The completion should take 4 to 6 weeks and we hope to have it in play by mid-May/ early June.

From 29^th Saturday October from 10am until Friday 4^th November – Full Closed

Saturday 5^th and Sunday 6^th November – Closed from 12 Noon

Monday 7^th to Friday 11^th November – Fully Closed

Saturday 12^th and Saturday 13^th November – Closed from 12 Noon

Monday 14^th to Friday 18^th November – Fully Closed

Saturday 19^th and Sunday 20^th November – Closed from 12 Noon

Monday 21^st to Friday 25^th November – Fully Closed

Fully reopened from Saturday 26^th November

The only exceptions may be whilst ladies or seniors have competitions mid-week on the Macintosh, we will open times on the Button at those same times to allow member out.
