Cottrell’s Christmas Bash’s!
In the last week, we have hosted our Men’s, Ladies, and Senior’s Christmas Bash, celebrating the end of an unusual, but fantastic year.
Men’s – Saturday 4th December 2021
80 of our Men’s Section enjoyed the sunshine to take part in a shotgun start on our Mackintosh Course.After a cold morning, we did our best to warm them up with a hearty meal in the Clubhouse following their round. Congratulations to the winning Four Ball: Gareth Dummett, Andrew Nicholas, Jon Earley and Nick Wade! and Congratulations to the winning quiz team: The Devil’s Crew
Seniors – Wednesday 8th December 2021
Our Annual Seniors Christmas Lunch was hosted yesterday at Cottrell Park Golf Resort, in our Tyler’s Cabin, and what a fantastic day it was! It was lovely to see our seniors dressed in their finest, and enjoying the end of a great season. Congratulations to all the winners of this year’s trophies!
Ladies – Thursday 9th December 2021
Our lovely Ladies Section are celebrating their Christmas Lunch in style with the beautiful addition of the center pieces, created by member, Cheryl Hopkins. These center pieces are made from loose branches and sticks from our Button Gwinnett Course. Our Ladies enjoyed a 3 course meal, followed by a presentation of this years awards. Congratulations to all the winners!
