If you're hosting a smaller meeting, we have three rooms to hire in South Wales. Both perfectly equipped to accommodate you and your visitors – Tyler’s ConservatoryMerrick's Conservatory and Tyler's Cabin.

Our suites are generously sized and overlook the impressive 18th green of our Button Gwinnett course.

Because your meeting room needs to offer more than just a great view, each of these rooms is incredibly versatile and the layout can be adapted to accommodate larger numbers. The suites also offer the very latest, state-of-the-art technology, including 50 inch flat screen TVs, with live linking and mirror displays - and Tyler's Cabin comes complete with a projector.

It goes without saying that our meeting room hiresthere is free Wi-Fi in these meeting rooms areas, as well as throughout the venue, meaning you can keep in touch on the go.

For larger events or exhibitions, our luxury large-capacity marquee with 480m2 of exhibition space could provide a stunning and spacious solution.

With direct access to the clubhouse facilities and stunning views over the Button Gwinnett 18th Green, the marquee lends itself perfectly to everything from weddings, gala dinners and charity fundraisers, to car launches, exhibitions, and networking events.

The marquee is well equipped with its own private bar, chandelier lighting, reveal curtain partitions, tables and chairs, and a private lawn to the front.
